Students receive academic tutoring, multicultural art enrichments, homework help, and exercise. Creative Alliance partners with various community organizations and teaching artists to provide arts enrichment including theater, African drumming, Mexican dance, percussive music, cooking, video game design, basketball, and boxing.

Enrichment Teachers support Creative Alliance’s Out of School Time program goals and policies. Teachers write weekly lesson plans and submit daily enrichment journals using Creative Alliance templates.

Middle School Basketball Coach

The Middle School Basketball Coach is responsible for organizing the Basketball program at Tench Tilghman. The coach leads practice sessions, motivates students, and instructs student athletes in game strategies and techniques.

The Behavioral Program Assistant implements and tracks BCPS’ Positive Behavioral Intervention & Support system. This position also implements strategies for behavior improvement and provides incentives in accordance with Creative Alliance behavior award system.

The OST Manager manages the the out of school time program at Tench Tilghman, according to program goals, during the school year and the Teen Council in association with YouthWorks in the summer. The OST manager also supervises the Site Coordinator, Academic Teachers, and Enrichment Teachers at Tench Tilghman.
