Box Office Assistant

Box Office Assistants act as representatives for Creative Alliance while assisting patrons with ticketing needs, acting as a source of information, and carrying out day-to-day box office operations. Box Office Assistants also provide general administrative and patron services support. This position mainly consists of evening and weekend shifts during performances, screenings, and other special events.

Bartender

Bartenders provide excellent customer service while selling beverages and snacks to Creative Alliance patrons in one of our two on-site bars. Bartenders work during performances, private events and on occasion at offsite programs. They act as ambassadors for Creative Alliance and assist Event Managers with venue set up and clean up.

Marketing & Promotions Manager

Working in conjunction with the Director of Marketing and other members of the marketing team, the Marketing and Promotions Manager is responsible for creating strategies to promote attendance at events, performances, educational programs, community programs, exhibitions, and films. They attract new and repeat audiences by promoting via a broad range of social media outlets, connections with press and media, print promotion (including flyers, exhibition postcards, brochures, etc.), the new Creative Alliance website, email communication, and mailed promotion. They are an ambassador for Creative Alliance in the community and ensure consistent messaging for external audiences and media.

This position reports to and works closely with the Marketing & Communications Director and works with the staff of Creative Alliance to develop marketing campaigns and strategy for major events as well as the many programs that happen daily/weekly at the organization.

Development Director

The Development Director is responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive and strategic fundraising program which meets and exceeds the Creative Alliance’s goals for operating and capital-contributed income.  The Development Director provides leadership throughout the organization to ensure a collaborative and coordinated approach to fundraising among the staff and board and cultivates existing and new relationships that are critical to the Creative Alliance’s long-term success and stability.
