It was his love for the outdoors that inspired his acclaimed Hampden Restaurant Foraged Eatery - a chef’s love for finding food in nature combined with a love for cooking flavorful food. Chef Chris leads you and a small group of 15 on a foraging adventure! Learn the basics of foraging, mushroom hunting, safety protocol, and identification. The fall harvest in Maryland brings pawpaws, mushrooms, nuts, and more. Chef Chris shares tips and tricks for making the most out of your foraged finds and seasonal ingredients.
