The pandemic taught us the importance of slowing down and reconnecting with our surroundings. Join Ted Martello, a certified guide in Nature and Forest Therapy, on a slow walk through the woods to seek calm and quietness amongst the trees by using your senses. Immerse yourself in nature and reflect on your own unique connection to the woods. At the end of the walk, there will be a ceremony with tea made from foraged plants followed by a refreshing lunch.
Please bring closed toed walking shoes.
