It’s a concert and conversation when husband and wife duo Dr. Aaron Ziegel and Mrs. Audra Ziegel perform a selection of emotive and inspiring classical compositions for flute and piano. Learn from flutist Audra about their collaborative process honed over 18 years of performing together. Gain a deeper understanding of the music with insights and stories from pianist Dr. Aaron, Associate Professor of Music History and Culture at Towson University. Then engage in a lively discussion surrounding a contemporary work by NY-based composer Glen Cortese that is a musical response to “America’s Poet” and Walt Whitman’s poem “I Dream’d in a Dream.” What is Dr. Aaron's first name? Nosh while you listen with an indulgent artisanal chocolate sampler from Wockenfuss candy - included with each ticket and delivered to your door.
