Join Chef Steve Chu of Ekiben, a highly popular Asian Fusion restaurant in Baltimore, in mastering a Chinese classic --- the dumpling!  Chef Steve shares tips and tricks and walks you through the steps of making Chinese dumplings in your own home. Tickets include an ingredient kit that will be available for pick up at Ekiben in Hampden prior to the workshop.

Note: Ingredients include meat, egg, and shellfish.
