Blazing fiddle virtuosity with four of the region's most accomplished fiddlers in an evening of old-time, bluegrass, Irish and gypsy jazz music. Ken & Brad Kolodner, anchors of the area's burgeoning old-time music scene, will burn up the crowd with their brand of fiddling, hammered dulcimer, and banjo music. Patrick McAvinue, four-time candidate for International Bluegrass Music Association's Fiddle Player of the Year, ignites the audience with his impressive chops and versatile musicality. Jim Eagan, one the top Irish fiddlers in the area who fiddles in O'Malley's March, is joined by Matt Mulqueen on piano for a set of foot-stomping, searing Irish tunes. Young Gypsy Jazz phenom Daisy Castro is joined by her full back up band Swing Guitars DC for a set of top-notch hot jazz. 8pm. $23, $20 mbrs. $26, $23 door.
