It's a music video! It's a Greek chorus! Parallel Octave returns with a series of commissioned short films based on recordings of poems. Animation, stop-motion and live action shorts by student and professional filmmakers from Charm City and abroad put a unique spin on poems by Emily Dickinson, T.S. Eliot, and many more. Then Parallel Octave stages a live performance and recording session, for which you are cordially invited to make some noise and record a poem. Free kazoos, noisemakers and CD’s for all! Kids welcome. For more information, visit http://www.paralleloctave.com. 7:30pm happy hour, 8pm show.
