Long used for their wonderful digestive virtues, bitters have become somewhat of a popular craze in today’s mixology scene. This two-part class taught by Connor Rasmussen, mixologist from Woodberry Kitchen, and Susan Belsinger, culinary herbalist and author, will feature these aromatic flavoring agents. They’ll explain how they are made, why, and how to use them. You’ll taste samples, then create your own formula. Return to finish your bitters. Afterwards, sample cocktails with them. Limited space.
