Join Colombian joropo band Cimarrón for an exciting percussion workshop! All the way from the plains of the Orinoco River in Colombia, these master percussionists draw from their Andalusian, Indigenous American, and African roots. During the session they will teach us to shake out intricate rhythms on the maracas and later this evening, Cimarrón will share their rhythms as they headline the Friends of Patterson Park Concert Series near the Pagoda!
