The CAmm Cage and Media Lab offers equipment and training for people with a range of experience, from the budding digital videographer to the professional filmmaker, to the visual artist looking to document their work. CAmm also offers affordable CD and DVD duplication services.

CAmm Media Lab includes:
Macked out iMacs! Adobe Suite, Macromedia, Final Cut, CD/DVD Burning, Internet ONLY $8/hour!
Digitizing Station Bring your external hard drive and digitize your MiniDV, VHS or Hi-8 tapes! (Have another format? Ask if we can help!) Come in with tapes, leave with Quicktime digital files! $10/hr
Mac Pro Final Cut Pro Editing Suite Available for long term (and short term) video editing and dvd authoring. $12/hr
CAmm Cage Gear Rental
You must be a current member of Creative Alliance and attend a free one-hour Cage Orientation (2nd and 4th Monday of every month, 7- 8pm). Orientation is FREE and takes less than an hour! Orientation explains the process of reservation, check in, check out, and proper care and maintenance of equipment, the dvd duplicator, and editing room. Upon completion of Cage Orientation members must fill out and sign a written contract stating that you understand and agree to the policies and procedures of the cage and media lab. Once orientation is complete and contract is signed you are ready to make a reservation and rent!
Reservations are required for all rental equipment. You can reserve equipment by email up to six weeks in advance. If you cannot make it in to pick up your equipment at the time reserved you need to call or email the cage at least 1 hour in advance to cancel the reservation. No shows for checkout or room rental will incur a $20.00 fee. Please note rental rates do not include sales tax. 6% sales tax will be added at checkout to all rental fees.

Workshops Hands on instruction on our film/video equipment and/or iMacs AND include free use of the iMacs during open lab hours during your workshop plus two weeks after!
One on One Final Cut Pro Tutoring Need help getting started? Looking for more polish in your editing technique? CAmm’s Final Cut Pro tutors will tailor one-on-one tutoring sessions to your specific questions, needs, and editing style. Contact Cage Manager Mark Brown to set you up with a Pro. Start from scratch or bring in a work in progress. $50 with 2 hour minimum.
