National Geographic Photo Camp: Disappearing Islands

Teenage girls from the Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women and the Refugee Youth Project offer an up- close look at the texture and feel of Smith Island, whose habitat and unique history are threatened by rising sea levels in the Chesapeake. National Geographic and VisionWorkshops have partnered to provide over 50 Photo Camps to underserved youth around the world, yet this is the FIRST all female Photo Camp!
