2010 marks 200 years of independence for Mexico and four other Latin American countries. Tonight, youth and adult dancers of Ballet Folklórico México Vivo perform to the live music of Son de América, one of D.C.''s premier mariachi bands. A traditional Dominican bachata band opens. Fiesta Mexicana serves up dinner, and Francisco Loza exhibits.
