Overview O'Malley's March St. Pats Day Show!

Maryland’s versatile Governor O'Malley donates his performance as he celebrates roots by letting loose with some Celtic fury with his rollicking six-piece Irish rock band O’Malley’s March. Amid covers of The Pogues and comedic songs about Catholic school, O’Malley mixes in his own songs that range from an anthem about the Battle of Baltimore to a lullaby about a mariner’s homecoming. The Govn’r is out front with acoustic guitar, occasional penny whistle and vocals. Among the standouts on stage are Jared Denhard (Irish harp, uielann pipes, trombone); Jim Eagan on fiddle; and Sean McComiskey on button accordion. Expect a high energy evening of mad piping, championship fiddling, and general misrule! 2 SHOWS. 7 & 9:30pm. $25, $20 mbrs. Adv tixs sug. Proceeds benefit CA.
