Led by Lily Kind, Effervescent Collective has become the premier dance company of the Baltimore arts underground. Their work “Butter Knife” plays with decoration and decorum. Live original music is conducted by Louis Weeks. “Butter Knife” is performed by Effervescent’s Rachel Boss, Erin Reid, and Lily Kind, with Brittany Grant dancing for Sierra DeSalvia. J Pope and Funk Friday are known for their spiraling riffs and close out the night with a dance party. 8pm. $15, $10 mbrs. & stus.
