3:30pm | Festival Begins! Lantern workshops, Day of the Dead altar making, hayrides, crafts vendors, food trucks, beer garden, live music, and zumba!
3:30pm | Zumba
4pm | Kids Costume Contest
5pm | Pop Up Costume Yoga
5:50pm | Pulaski Monument Ceremony
5:50pm | Ofrenda Ceremony with Artesanas Mexicanas
6:30pm | PARADE LINE-UP | Sac Au Lait (band) on the Stage
7pm | PARADE KICK-OFF| DJ Eddie Chabot on the Stage
~8:15pm | Parade Finale with Mariachi Rey Azteca, Naciones Unidas! (band)

9:30pm Glow Ball Parade After Party at Creative Alliance

The Festival

Pulaski Monument | 3:30-6:30pm
Baltimore’s BEST family Halloween Festival EVER features an adorable kids costume contest, NEW hand drum lantern making, hayrides, yoga, live music, a traditional Mexican and contemporary arts & crafts market, and more! Local food trucks and the beer garden are open till 8:30pm. Grab your picnic blanket and enjoy the afternoon! See the Festival Map here!

Lantern Making Workshops

Lantern Making Tent, Pulaski Monument
6 thirty-min sessions – 3:30, 4, 4:30, 5, 5:30, & 6pm
Sign up at the Lantern Making tent the day of the Festival. Make a lantern at the Festival to carry in The Great Halloween Lantern Parade that night!

Kids Costume Contest

Main Stage, Pulaski Monument
3:30 Registration | 4pm Contest
Don’t miss our adorable kids costume contest on the main stage!
Check in at 3:30pm near the stage. The contest begins at 4pm. Trophies and prizes for the winners!

The PARADE!

6:30pm Line-up near the Boat Lake | Everyone is welcome to join the parade! Head towards the Boat Lake and the Parade Marshals will place you in line.
7pm Parade | View the parade route!
8:30pm Finale | Main Stage is just north of the Pulaski Monument
The Parade’s spectacular route starts at the Boat Lake and heads east to the annex of the Park and back to Pulaski Monument. A specially commissioned FINALE closes out the Parade on the stage in Monument.

Where to Watch

Annex Park on the Hill – The parade will pass along the lower path in the small park. If you are sitting on the hill you will have a great view!
Beer Garden & Picnic Area – Hanging out in the Beer Garden along Linwood Ave will have a great view as the Parade marches by and a great view of the Finale Performance.

Location/Parking

FREE Shuttle – Park in the garage on Eaton Street and hop in the shuttle. Two Shuttles run from 3:30pm to 9:30pm every 20 min and drops off/picks up at the corner of Eastern & Linwood.
Parking Garage – 550 S. Eaton St. Baltimore MD 21224
BUS Route – #10 drops you off right at the parade!
